Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all services provided by Tedku Consulting Pty Ltd ("Tedku", "we", "us"), including business automation consulting, system implementation projects and Tedku Chat subscriptions. It should be read together with our Terms & Conditions and Cancellation Policy. Prices are quoted in Hong Kong dollars (HKD) unless a written quotation states otherwise.

1. Tedku Chat subscriptions

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable once the service has been activated, as stated in our Terms & Conditions.

  • If you ask us to cancel before your account is activated, we will refund the full amount paid.
  • If you are charged in error, or charged twice for the same period, we will refund the incorrect amount.
  • If the service is unavailable for an extended period because of a fault on our side, we may, at our discretion, credit or refund the affected period.
  • Messaging fees charged by WhatsApp, Meta or other third-party providers are billed by those providers and are not refundable by us.

2. Consulting and implementation projects

Fees are set out in a written quotation or agreement, which prevails over this policy where it differs.

  • Deposits and milestone payments cover work already scheduled or performed and are not refundable once work on that milestone has started.
  • If we cancel a project before delivering the agreed work, we will refund the fees paid for work not yet performed.
  • Paid consultation sessions that we cancel or cannot deliver will be rescheduled or refunded in full.

3. How to request a refund

Email hello@tedku.com with your company name, invoice number and the reason for the request. We will reply within 3 business days. Approved refunds are paid to the original payment method within 10 business days.

4. Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or other law that cannot be excluded.
